The Radical Calling Fellowship is a highly personalized experience, part cohort and part 1:1, designed to help you discover, design and live the work of your future.
Through our Eight Truths structure, we will help you articulate and shape your True Nature, True Craft, True Exchange, True Connection, True Liberation and marry that with the world’s True Need, True Disruption and True Sustain. From there we help you imagine, design and take your Radical Calling into the world, in the form of a new role, organization, business, product, service, project, or systemic, cultural or civic change initiative.
This is deep, life-changing work that gives you the tools, energy, direction and community that will guide and inspire the powerful and beautiful work of your future.

The Radical Calling Fellowship is designed for people looking to use their work as a force for good in the world, aligning their gifts, values, principles and true nature, what the world urgently needs, and what will inspire others with work that has purpose, meaning, change and regeneration built in. This is our “theory of shift.”

We’re inviting you to nominate someone whose calling the world needs, whether they know it yet or not, because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is bear witness to someone’s full potential.
WHO TO NOMINATE?

FUNDING
For Nominators
Our work is both labor and talent intensive. It is not mentoring, coaching or an off-the-shelf adult virtual learning program. This is a design project. Our work is intense and intimate. As part of our model, we offer various resources to help finance the work ahead, including sponsorships, scholarships and fellowships. In addition, we evaluate every situation on a sliding scale as it pertains to ability to pay. Our goal is to not let money be a barrier to anyone doing this work.For Sponsors

The Radical Shift Agent program is a 12-week workshop designed to give you the tools to create and lead the kind of change the world needs from within an organization. Think of it as a B Corp for individuals.

The Radical Shift Agent program is built on the belief that radical generalists, those skilled at thinking across silos, disciplines, and systems, are the ones who will shape the future of organizations the world truly needs. This transformative certification is designed for courageous individuals working inside businesses who feel the pull to create something deeper, truer, and more life-giving. It’s for the quiet disruptors, the culture shapers, the brand truth-tellers, and the intrapreneurs, those who see what could be and are ready to bring it to life.
A “B Corp for Individuals” to catalyze regeneration from the inside out.
Over the course of this immersive 6-part program, you’ll be trained in the Radical Calling™ framework, Whole Brand Thinking™, and regenerative and beautiful business principles inspired by B Corp Certification. You’ll learn how to map your personal calling against your organization’s ecosystem, uncover leverage points for authentic change, and design interventions that ripple from the inside out. Through guided sessions, collaborative cohorts, and hands-on experiments, you’ll not only find your voice and your agency, you’ll learn how to use it to help your organization and the people within it thrive in a world that desperately needs it.
